KitKiddo is a children's toys, clothing and essentials brand operating under a holding and operating structure across two legal entities. KitKiddo.com is the brand's online store. The details below identify who you are dealing with and how to contact us.

Hosting provider disclosure

KitKiddo.com is hosted on the e-commerce platform provided by Shopify Inc., 151 O'Connor Street, Ground floor, Ottawa, Ontario, K2P 2L8, Canada. Shopify operates the server infrastructure and card payment processing on behalf of BULKECOM LIMITED. PayPal payments are processed by PayPal under its own terms.

Copyright notice

Original content published on KitKiddo.com — including text, product descriptions, page designs, graphics, the KitKiddo logo and the overall presentation of the site — is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws, including the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.

Send your notice to info@kitkiddo.com with the subject line "Copyright Takedown Request". Notices about content on third-party platforms that misuse the KitKiddo name should be sent to that platform's own reporting channel. We will cooperate with rights holders investigating infringements relating to KitKiddo's own IP.

Governing law, jurisdiction & dispute resolution

This Legal Notice, and any dispute or claim arising from it, is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live also apply.

For consumers resident in the United Kingdom

Mandatory consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and other UK consumer law cannot be removed by a choice-of-law clause, and they prevail wherever they give you stronger protection. You may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, depending on where you live, including through the small claims process for lower-value disputes.
