Still unsure? Email info@kitkiddo.com or message us on Messenger — a real person replies within 24 hours.
What age is it for?
3 years +. The ducks are small, so it isn't suitable for children under 36 months.
Which ducks are inside?
24 mini rubber ducks in festive styles. The mix is random, so we can't say which duck is behind which window.
Can the ducks go in the bath?
Yes, they're rubber ducks – always with a grown-up watching at bath time.
How big is the box?
About 21 × 16 × 5 cm (supplier stated).
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours, then delivered in 7–12 working days with tracking. Delivery is free on orders over £49 and £2.95 below. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Will I pay anything extra on delivery?
No, on orders up to £135. UK VAT is already included in the price, so there's nothing more to pay when it arrives. On orders over £135, import VAT and duty are collected by the carrier under HMRC rules.
Can I return it?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in their original packaging — just email us first and we'll send the return details. For hygiene reasons, sealed items such as teethers and bath toys can't be returned once opened, unless they're faulty. Full returns policy.
What if it arrives damaged or stops working?
Send us a photo and we'll replace or refund it — you never pay to return a faulty item. Every product also has a 2-year warranty on top of your UK consumer rights. Warranty details.
Can I ask a question before I buy?
Of course. Email info@kitkiddo.com or message us on Messenger with your child's age and what you're looking for, and we'll help you choose.
