What's in the set?
The sequin tunic, the elf hat and one pair of striped socks.
How do I choose the size?
By your child's height: 100, 110, 120 or 130 cm. Between two sizes, choose the bigger one.
What is it made of?
The supplier states polar fleece with polypropylene as the main fabric, with sequins on the tunic.
Is it flame-retardant?
We make no flame-retardant claim. Like all fancy dress: keep away from fire and flames.
Is it suitable for toddlers?
No – it isn't suitable for children under 36 months because of the sequins and small trims.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours, then delivered in 7–12 working days with tracking. Delivery is free on orders over £49 and £2.95 below. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Will I pay anything extra on delivery?
No, on orders up to £135. UK VAT is already included in the price, so there's nothing more to pay when it arrives. On orders over £135, import VAT and duty are collected by the carrier under HMRC rules.
Can I return it?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in their original packaging — just email us first and we'll send the return details. For hygiene reasons, sealed items such as teethers and bath toys can't be returned once opened, unless they're faulty. Full returns policy.
What if it arrives damaged or stops working?
Send us a photo and we'll replace or refund it — you never pay to return a faulty item. Every product also has a 2-year warranty on top of your UK consumer rights. Warranty details.
