Is it a set?
No – frames are sold individually. Each frame has one fastening; choose the one you want.
Which fastenings are there?
Large buttons, small buttons, bow, zip, frog buttons, buckles, shoe lacing 1 and 2, hook & loop, hook & eye and press studs.
How big is it?
Approx. 25 × 26 × 2.5 cm, as stated by the supplier.
What age is it for?
3 years + – it has small parts such as buttons, press studs and hooks.
What is it made of?
A wooden frame with cloth panels, as stated by the supplier.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours, then delivered in 7–12 working days with tracking. Delivery is free on orders over £49 and £2.95 below. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Will I pay anything extra on delivery?
No, on orders up to £135. UK VAT is already included in the price, so there's nothing more to pay when it arrives. On orders over £135, import VAT and duty are collected by the carrier under HMRC rules.
Can I return it?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in their original packaging — just email us first and we'll send the return details. For hygiene reasons, sealed items such as teethers and bath toys can't be returned once opened, unless they're faulty. Full returns policy.
What if it arrives damaged or stops working?
Send us a photo and we'll replace or refund it — you never pay to return a faulty item. Every product also has a 2-year warranty on top of your UK consumer rights. Warranty details.
