What age is it for?
The packaging recommends it from 1 year. Younger toddlers press and flip; older ones take on the key, the plug and the clock.
Does it need batteries?
Yes. Batteries aren't included. The compartment sits behind a screwed panel, so you'll need a small screwdriver to fit them.
Are the lights too bright?
No. The LEDs are soft and non-glaring, so they're comfortable to look at close up.
Is it small enough for travel?
Yes. It's about 17 × 13.5 cm and 370 g, so it fits on a car-seat lap or a plane tray table.
How do I clean it?
Wipe it with a slightly damp cloth. Don't soak or rinse it, as there are electronics inside.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours, then delivered in 7–12 working days with tracking. Delivery is free on orders over £49 and £2.95 below. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Will I pay anything extra on delivery?
No, on orders up to £135. UK VAT is already included in the price, so there's nothing more to pay when it arrives. On orders over £135, import VAT and duty are collected by the carrier under HMRC rules.
Can I return it?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in their original packaging — just email us first and we'll send the return details. For hygiene reasons, sealed items such as teethers and bath toys can't be returned once opened, unless they're faulty. Full returns policy.
What if it arrives damaged or stops working?
Send us a photo and we'll replace or refund it — you never pay to return a faulty item. Every product also has a 2-year warranty on top of your UK consumer rights. Warranty details.
