How do I choose the size?
Measure your toddler's foot heel to toe and pick the size whose insole is about 1–1.5 cm longer. Insole lengths are in the size guide.
Why is there no EU 20 or 21?
The supplier makes these boots in EU 15–19 and 22–25. EU 22 has a 14.5 cm insole.
Is the upper real leather?
No – it's soft synthetic leather.
How do they go on?
Unzip the side zip, slide the foot in and zip up – the laces and buckle stay done up.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours, then delivered in 7–12 working days with tracking. Delivery is free on orders over £49 and £2.95 below. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Will I pay anything extra on delivery?
No, on orders up to £135. UK VAT is already included in the price, so there's nothing more to pay when it arrives. On orders over £135, import VAT and duty are collected by the carrier under HMRC rules.
Can I return it?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in their original packaging — just email us first and we'll send the return details. For hygiene reasons, sealed items such as teethers and bath toys can't be returned once opened, unless they're faulty. Full returns policy.
What if it arrives damaged or stops working?
Send us a photo and we'll replace or refund it — you never pay to return a faulty item. Every product also has a 2-year warranty on top of your UK consumer rights. Warranty details.
