Yes – the supplier says to wash it before first use, machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and tumble dry low.

Is it for the cot?

No. Keep soft toys and comforters out of the cot for babies under 12 months; use it for supervised cuddles.

What are the eyes made of?

The bunny's eyes are embroidered, as shown in the supplier's photos.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours, then delivered in 7–12 working days with tracking. Delivery is free on orders over £49 and £2.95 below. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Will I pay anything extra on delivery?

No, on orders up to £135. UK VAT is already included in the price, so there's nothing more to pay when it arrives. On orders over £135, import VAT and duty are collected by the carrier under HMRC rules.

Can I return it?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in their original packaging — just email us first and we'll send the return details. For hygiene reasons, sealed items such as teethers and bath toys can't be returned once opened, unless they're faulty. Full returns policy.
